Hi Folks,
Don't know if anyone was intending to join us tomorrow or not, but Ray and Myself have just decided to go at 8 am, this is to allow us to get up to the Rugby Club in plenty of time for the match. Sorry if that lets anyone down, and if you turn up at 9, and only read this after, then I'm doubly sorry, but maybe you'll join us for another run. Make sure to let me know though. I might buy you a Mr Freeze at the Fingerboard on the way back as a means of apology!
